ZD109C直流牵引电动机

ZD109C直流牵引电动机，是种用于大功率货运内燃机车的四极强迫通风串励直流牵引电动机。其结构特点是：机座采用抱轴瓦焊接机座，滑动抱轴承结构；换向器端轴头装有测速齿盘，换向器轴承盖留有轴承温度传感器安装口。同时，换向器端传动端轴承盖上留有轴承温度传感器安装孔。电枢绕组采用薄膜导线，NOMEX纸槽形绝缘结构；主附极线圈采用压型的一体化结构；工艺上，定转子采用真空压力浸漆处理。该电机主要用于东风8B内燃机上。
 ZD109C D .C. Traction motor is one type of high-power passenger and freight diesel locomotives D.C motor which is four poles, forced ventilation and series wound. Frame is a press-formed welded fabrication and hugging bearing or bush structure; Speed gear plate is mounted on shaft end of commutator. There is a hole for mounting bearing temperature sensors on commutator bearing cover and another hole on driving end bearing cover. The insulation film leading wire and Nomex slot insulation paper is used for armature winding. Main pole coil and commutating pole coil are press-formed unit-body construction. Impregnation of stator and rotor is VPI. This type motor is mainly used in Dongfeng 8B diesel locomotive.
